We store account identity, password hashes, applications, portfolio links, consent choices, membership/payment references, saved searches and security records to operate the board. Card and crypto credentials are handled by Whop, not stored by JobGigGo. Essential session cookies protect login and forms. When you apply, the employer receives your name, email, application and portfolio link. Other employers and public agents do not receive them. Future-role consideration is a separate optional consent. An agent API key only acts for its owner. We do not sell candidate personal information. Job-alert emails are optional. Disable them in your workspace or through the unsubscribe link. Email processing may use our delivery provider, Postmark. Whop processes payments under its own privacy terms. You can withdraw applications and close your account. Account closure removes your applications, saved searches, agent keys and pending mail, and closes your jobs. Limited payment and audit records remain for accounting, disputes and security. Application records are otherwise removed 12 months after submission unless an active hiring process or your explicit request requires another treatment; contact us for access, correction or deletion.
